- How To Order Our Product

* Our staff responds to Inquiries during regular business hours, although we also attempt to answer Inquiries in the evenings and weekends whenever possible! Inquiries are normally answered within 4-8 hours on week days and 8-10 on weekends
* Once you ready to place your order, we need 50 % deposit of your total order in order to prepare and process your order. Payment could be paid in USD via Bank Transfer to our account.
* We will give you regular status reports; quality control; and ensure delivery times are met. Arrange freight forwarding and oversee packing and loading of cargo. With a command of local language and culture, we help you to overcome some of the frustrations and delays associated with
foreign buying.
* We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the final payment.
* We send you the copy of shipping bill. We'll keep in touch until the order arrives safely

Pricing for all customers is done on a case by case basis. Each of our customers’ requirements likes volume of purchase and shipping destination is different and requires personal attention and service. Assembly and packing:
Our furniture requires very little assembly time, as most of the components are pre-assembled at our factory in Bali, and can be put together with common every day hand tools (a hammer and a screwdriver). On average it will take approximately 15 minutes per item to the furniture assemble the furniture.
* Folding Chairs require no assembly
* Steamer Chairs require no assembly
* Folding Tables require no assembly
* Umbrellas require very little assembly
* Loungers require driving pre-made dowels into the pre-drilled holes to lock the mortice and tenon joint into place.
* Benches, Dining Chairs, Armchairs, Extendable Tables, Coffee Tables, Drink Trolleys all require light assembly, but to very minimal. Brass screws are provided where required, and have pre-drilled holes for ease of installation.
- Finish:
Some of our clients choose to have "Natural" finish. In this process, the wood is fine sanded. Optionally, you can choose to have teak oil applied. This is the most common finish we use for our teak outdoor furniture.
Another popular finish that is used for teak outdoor furniture is what we call a "Honey" finish. The table is first fine sanded and then finished with teak oil and wax. The wax gives the furniture a slight glossy look.
- Packaging:
Our products are packed in double ply export cartons with product tag and assembly instructions.
- Shipping:
We ship directly from the port in Bali – Indonesia. Shipping to most International ports takes approximately 4 weeks from Indonesia. Shipping to Asia/Southeast Asia destinations are approximately 2 weeks.
Shipping volumes are by 20' (twenty foot) - 40' (forty foot) - or 40' HC (forty foot high cube) containers. Orders less than a container volume are calculated by the cubic meter. Please contact us for more information regarding shipments of less than a container volume.
All of our shipping quotes include documentation fees, local handling & trucking fees, packing & stuffing fees, port loading fees and all other local charges levied in the packing and delivery of your container to the port.
D.D.C. fees (Document & Destination Charge) levied by the port of destination are not included. Some International ports charge a D.D.C. fee upon the arrival and handling of your shipment in your local port. Please do check with your customs department for more information on D.D.C. charges.
Total shipping Cost is depending on the Shipping Destination and volume or quantity of the shipment.
